I am working on a Mother’s day card and could use a little help from all the mom’s out there. What are the top 5 words you would consider are the bedrock of being a mother? For example: Love, Patience, Kindness…funny descriptors always welcome! Please leave your thoughts in the comments and I promise to share how it all comes together!

Any of the words you used would be fine as we love to hear how we have had the patience, love, kindness, faith, and fortitude to be able to bear all things children ! Funny or sentimental I would say one of each. Some kids are soppy, and others bold, when telling their Mothers My your getting old! Must be kind to her or to make her laugh, depending on her personality and ability to adapt!

How about a word that describes:
Kids are crying and the little one is desperately trying to climb your legs as you are doing your best to prepare a baby purée lunch and a regular lunch for the toddler. Toddler throwing a tantrum because he’s hungry and annoyed by his baby sister’s crying. You spill things, burn something, etc. you get them fed, put them down for nap as they cry that they don’t want to nap. After a few minutes, crying stops. You are sitting on the couch in silence wishing you had an audience to suddenly errupt with clapping, hollers, and people yelling “wow! That was amazing! Good job!” Hahaha 🙂
